چکیده

This study aimed to investigate the phytochemical composition, alpha-amylase and pancreatic lipase inhibitory activities anti-inflammatory antioxidant properties of crude extracts (petroleum ether, ethyl acetate n-butanol) obtained from aerial parts Ephedra altissima. The characterization phenolic compounds in was performed by high performance liquid chromatographyphotodiode array detection-electrospray ionization-mass spectrometry vitro were evaluated using starch p-nitrophenyl butyrate as substrates, respectively. Furthermore, activity carried out bovine serum albumin denaturation method capacity assessed five different assays. Flavonol ï¬avone glycoside derivatives acids, especially isovitexin-2-O-rhamnoside vicenin II major n-butanol extract. Otherwise, extract presented kaempferol-3-O-rhamnoside, quercetin-3-O-rhamnoside protocatechuic acid its main compounds. revealed highest content total results for showed that possesses strongest all tested methods. Moreover, displayed best anti-inflammatory, with half-maximal concentration values 126.43, 9.02 289.11 ?g/ml, These give obvious support use altissima traditional medicine treatment diabetic diseases. Also, moderate make advantage therapeutic applications compared synthetic drugs, since their strong alphaamylase effects are associated many digestive adverse including abnormal bacterial fermentation colon.
